You can make several pizzas, sfihas, meat and others, cooking without specialized staff and no lack of quality of the product. With ANSATZ ovens, you can combat labor costs, guarantee cooking and ensure similarity during production.

Our oven is manufactured in accordance with international food handling norms as it is made of stainless steel. In order to have good cleaning, the conveyor is easily removed. It is very simple to use. Every gas safety item demanded by law is in the oven.

ANSATZ ovens have a modern distribution system and hot air circulation. It allows conveyor speed and temperature adjustment in order to adapt to several processes in the food industry.

The burner, with fire light and automatic monitoring, has 2 closing valves that block gas flow if the burner doesn’t light or goes out.
It has intelligent cooking system that circulates the air uniformly in the cooking chamber so that cooler air is lead to be reheated, making the best use of the heat, using less gas/ electricity as possible. Time and cooking temperature controls are quick and easy, they can vary in accordance with the technical features.
